She even went as far as suggesting using a mask that covers the nose and mouth.Tam says you can also reduce your risk by monitoring for COVID-19 symptoms and not having sex if someone is experiencing those symptoms.Tam also suggests limiting alcohol and drug use, so you and your partner are able to make safe decisions.Additionally, you should be aware if you or your partner may be at higher risk for more severe outcomes of COVID-19.
