(KGTV) - A small plane crashed Monday on its approach to the Ramona Airport.The Cessna 210 was inbound to the airport at 2450 Montecito Road at 12:48 p.m. when it declared an emergency, Federal Aviation Administration officials said.The plane, which had departed from Gillespie Field, reportedly had engine failure.
