MALIBU (CNS) - Santa Ana winds were expected to continue to plague firefighters battling the deadly Woolsey Fire in Los Angeles and Ventura counties Tuesday as officials re-emphasized to evacuated residents that they must stay away until the area has been declared safe.Winds of 25 to 35 mph were forecast to blow with gusts of 40 to 45 mph, National Weather Service Meteorologist Joe Sirard said.
