(KGTV) — A shopping trip at a Goodwill store turned scary after the appearance of a phone somewhere it shouldn't be.The incident unfolded in late January on a Saturday afternoon at the store on Alpine Blvd. Amy says she was trying on some clothes in the dressing room. She tells us she looked down and saw a phone camera staring up at her. In a written statement, she says, "By the time I noticed, he quickly removed his phone ... As I opened the door, he walked away."By the time she put on her clothes and reported it to employees, he was gone. Detectives released a surveillance image of a man, identifying him as a person of interest.According to Amy, San Diego Sheriff deputies reviewed surveillance video and determined a man appeared to sneak his phone under the stall several times before he was finally noticed.Amy describes it as "a shock to me." She then felt even more “violated." Investigators say they do not know of any similar incidents at this or other local Goodwill stores.Taylor Herwehe is a frequent shopper at the Goodwill in Alpine. She plans to be a little more watchful and that upsets her."I should feel safe in a dressing room. I should have my mind on purchases and not on the perverts out there," said Herwehe.Deputies say the person of interest may be driving a silver or gray Honda. A white van drove onto a busy Toronto sidewalk, and struck dozens of pedestrians, killing 10 and wounding 15, Toronto Police officials said on Monday. Later in the day, police said that Alek Minassian allegedly targeted the crowd of pedestrians. Police were called to the area of Yonge Street at Finch Avenue around 1:30 p.m. local time after the van fled from the scene. Police have since shutdown the area, and blocked off several streets. Authorities later caught up to the van and its driver.Canadian news agency the CBC reported that the van's driver is in custody.Video from the incident showed several ambulances taking away victims on stretchers from the scene of the incident. Stephen Powell, district chief for Toronto Fire, said that targeted pedestrians for up to one mile. The CBC has reported that part of Toronto's subway service has been shutdown. The area is in the North York neighborhood of Toronto, which is several miles north of Downtown. A woman in Tallahassee, Florida is accused of drawing a gun on another shopper at a Publix grocery store last Sunday after the victim cut in line, the Tallahassee Democrat reported. According to a report of the incident by the Leon County Sheriff's Office obtained by the Tallahassee Democrat, Jessica Mock, 36, was about to check out at the Publix, but had forgotten an item. She left her cart in line to retrieve the item. When she returned, another customer had gotten in line in front of her. After Mock and the other female customer argued, the other woman got in another line. According to the report, the customer told Mock, "I'll meet you outside." Mock responded, "I'll see you outside."Once outside, Mock is accused of pulling a gun out of her waistband on the shopper. Later, the victim drove away and called law enforcement while Mock allegedly followed the woman. That is when police caught up to Mock. Mock denied pulling a gun or intentionally following the woman, but law enforcement did find a firearm. Mock was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, according to the report given to the Tallahassee Democrat.  1233
