COVID related legislation isn't the only concern either. Funding for the government runs out on December 11 and a bill must be passed to keep the government open before then. TAMPA, Florida — Police said they got a big win Friday night after they were able to arrest a man wanted in connection to installing credit card skimming devices across the Tampa Bay area.Police on scene told ABC Action News they were able to take the skimmer into evidence after a customer at the Chase Bank at 2001 N. Dale Mabry pulled it off the drive-up ATM while getting cash out.That customer flagged an officer down and showed him the skimmer. What that customer didn’t know is that undercover officers were already in pursuit of the man. Officers on scene say he was wanted by multiple agencies.The man, who has been identified as Yanier Manso Caballero from Hialeah, ditched his black Mercedes in the McDonald’s parking lot next to the bank, kicked off his flip flops, and took off running as officers tried to make an arrest.The police helicopter was able to lead K-9 officers to a heat signature of a man inside a shed on West Cherry Street, about a quarter mile away from the bank. The man was taken into custody a short time later.The customer that found the skimmer told officers on scene that he saw at least two other customers get cash out before he found the skimming device. There is no information, at this point, about how long the device might have been on the ATM. 1305

(KGTV) -- Police in Arizona released video Wednesday after a deadly crash involving a self-driving Uber vehicle Monday morning.The vehicle was reportedly heading northbound when a woman walking outside of a crosswalk was hit.The woman, later identified as 49-year-old Elaine Herzberg, was taken to the hospital where she later died.RELATED: Self-driving Uber car hits, kills pedestrian in ArizonaUber said they are cooperating with authorities and released the following statement after the incident:"Our hearts go out to the victim’s family. State Superintendent Tony Evers defeated incumbent Gov. Scott Walker and will become the next governor of Wisconsin. Evers, a Democrat, won with 50 percent of the vote over the Republican governor Walker. The two were locked in a tight race, with the latest Marquette University Law poll showing the race at a dead heat. Walker has served as Wisconsin’s governor since 2011. Walker and Evers traded barbs over a number of topics, including healthcare. The two disagreed on whether Republicans would keep pre-existing conditions in the healthcare policy while dismantling other portions of the Affordable Care Act. A key element of Walker’s campaign was the issue of taxes, claiming if elected Evers would certainly raise them. In particular, he said Evers would raise the gas tax in the state of Wisconsin. Evers denied having such plans days before Election Day. The two also focused on education in Wisconsin. Evers, the state superintendent, said in a rally the night before the election he planned for a .5 billion increase in K-12 education. SUTHERLAND SPRINGS, Texas (KGTV) -- At least 26 people are dead and dozens more injured after a shooting at a church in Texas Sunday morning, according to ABC News.KSAT identified the shooter as Devin Kelley of New Braunfels, Tex. He reportedly fled the scene and is dead after a brief pursuit. ABC News reported Kelley has no known ties to terrorism.The shooting took place at First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, which is located about 35 miles east of San Antonio, according to ABC affiliate KSAT.RELATED: Who is Devin Kelley, Texas church suspect?A witness reported seeing a man walk into the church around 11:30 a.m. and open fire.The victims ranged from 5 to 72 years old.
