BUFFALO, N.Y. — A protester who was knocked down by police in Buffalo earlier this month suffered a fractured skull and has been unable to walk, his attorney said Saturday.Kelly V. Zarcone says she was able to have a brief conversation with her client, 75-year-old Martin Gugino, before he said he needed to rest.According to Zarcone, Gugino is appreciative of those concerned about him, but he is still focused on social issues rather than himself.In a statement to CNN last Wednesday Zarcone said Gugino would be moved to a rehabilitation floor of the hospital and is expected to be released within two weeks.In an additional statement Thursday, Zarcone said Gugino is beginning physical therapy."As heartbreaking as it is, his brain is injured and he is well aware of that now," she said. The county has made about 0,000 in upgrades to this ice rink.Waukesha County Park System Director Duane Grimm said that is a far better deal than switching over to a common chemical used these days, such as ammonia."This will save us money to replace all the chiller plant here we would also have to replace the floor all the piping under the floor," Grimm said. Bank of America announced on Tuesday that they plan to stop lending money to companies that make assault-style guns used for non-military purposes.During an interview on Bloomberg television, Bank of America Vice Chairman Anne Finucane said, “It’s not our intent to underwrite or finance military-style firearms on a go-forth basis.”According to Finucane, the firm has had “intense conversations over the last few months” with those kinds of gun manufacturers to let them know "it's our intention not to finance these military-style firearms for civilian use."According to CNBC, the bank is a lender to Vista Outdoor, Remington and Sturm Ruger.The move comes as part of a national movement addressing gun control that was put into motion after a gunman opened fire on a Florida high school killing 17 people. Mary Stringini is a Digital Reporter for ABC Action News. BALTIMORE, Md. -- On Thursday, Maryland will become the first state in the country to ban foam containers for all schools and restaurants in the state.Some counties throughout the Baltimore area have already made the move to ban Styrofoam.
