BEIJING, June 12 (Xinhua) -- China will set up a community governance system led by grassroots Communist Party of China (CPC) organizations by 2020, according to a guideline released by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council Monday.
The law will enter into effect on Wednesday.
The two documents consist of a decision to amend the Party's regulation on inspection work and a special report on the inspection of the Party's ideology-related organizations, according to a statement issued after the meeting.
Based on problems and suggestions from the local inspections, the State Council will soon begin inspections of its own ministries and departments.
