President Donald Trump is asking the Supreme Court to put on hold an appeals court ruling that Trump’s accountant must immediately turn over tax records to a New York state prosecutor. The move on Tuesday sets up a decision from the high court that could come before Election Day. POWAY, Calif. (KGTV) -- A man who went missing from Poway Saturday night has been found safe. Authorities said Sunday morning that 84-year-old Orlando H. Lugo was last seen around 10:30 p.m. Saturday night. Lugo suffers from memory loss.He was later spotted around 9:20 a.m. walking along the side of southbound Interstate 15 near Scripps Poway Parkway. He has previously walked from Poway to Mira Mesa and Escondido. Lugo was taken to the hospital for a medical evaluation.  508

POWAY, Calif. (KGTV) - The Jewish community of Poway dedicated a Torah scroll in memory of Lori Kaye, who was killed in the deadly shooting at the Chabad of Poway Synagogue. The dedication ceremony took place inside the Synagogue Wednesday evening, where Kaye was shot and killed. The April 27th anti-Semitic attack injured three other people worshiping on the last day of Passover. The Torah considered Judaism's most sacred object. It is sponsored by the Jaffa Family Foundation of New York, Cleveland, and Minneapolis. Rabbi Yisroel Goldstein described Kaye as a kind and generous soul. "Her legacy is going to continue through this Torah scroll," Goldstein said, motioning to one they dedicated to her. "And every Saturday we take it out, everyone touches it and kisses it, it's like blowing a kiss to Lori in heaven, remembering her forever and ever."
