While plans were floated earlier this month for Ayers to become the new chief of staff, multiple sources told CNN, they have stalled amid the President's reluctance to fire Kelly -- who typically does the firing for Trump -- and the backbiting Ayers has faced from some of his West Wing colleagues.Several of Trump's top advisers have voiced concerns to him about Ayers, with some threatening to quit if he is tapped for the job. One of them, Freedom Frontier, for whom he consulted, is the subject of two recent ethics complaints, the most recent of which was filed with the IRS on Tuesday. "I think that range of reaction and behavior is also contributing to our overall stress because everybody is kind of taking a different approach to it."To address a balance, Dr. Volpe-Bertram recommends what's called "Ongoing Calculated Risk Assessment", similar to what many call risk vs. reward."We are looking at it as, 'Is this worth it to me?' Is what I'm going to get as a benefit back from having this experience or putting myself out there in some way, is that worth the possible exposure?", asked Dr. Volpe-Bertram.Essentially she recommends we be efficient and choosy in everything we do, even in socializing or explaining."Rather than saying, 'We have to say yes to everything'. Help us identify what are the most important events for us to be attending? Who are the most important people that we want to spend our time with?"Dr. Volpe-Bertram reminds, as the weather turns and flu season fast approaches, not to stress about it, but instead prepare for more mental well-being."It's important for us to start thinking about what our coping strategies are going to be in the Winter and how are we going to keep ourselves busy. Authorities in Texas say a partially-dressed woman who was captured on a home surveillance system ringing a doorbell early one morning is safe after officials discovered her boyfriend died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.According to ABC News, five days after the 32-year-old woman was recorded on a Ring doorbell’s surveillance camera, the woman was located and is reportedly safe, police said.The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office said on Wednesday they responded to a home in the Sunrise Ranch subdivision after receiving reports of a 49-year-old man threatening to kill himself.Deputies attempted to knock on the door multiple times before making forced entry into the home, officials said. When they made their way inside, they discovered the man lying dead of a single gunshot wound.Authorities tell local news outlets they believe his death is a suicide.The man left a note and mentioned his girlfriend but police say she was not at the scene by the time officers arrived. The woman was later identified as the person ringing a stranger's doorbell early in the morning.Last Friday, the woman was seen ringing a doorbell in the neighborhood north of Houston around 3:20 a.m., the MCSO said. The woman left the home before the resident answered the door.The eerie video of the woman was widely shared on the Internet as people on social media feared the woman — who was seen only wearing a T-shirt and broken hand restraints — was in danger. Authorities aren’t releasing any information about the woman because she is a victim of domestic violence. AZUSA (CNS) - A 36-year-old homeless man, who authorities believe to be violent, is wanted by authorities for questioning Friday evening "in connection to starting" the 1,500-acre fire burning in Azusa, which investigators have determined to be arson.Osmin Palencia's last known residence is an encampment in the Azusa Canyon Riverbed, near the start of the Ranch 2 Fire, according to the Azusa Police Department.The Ranch 2 Fire was reported about 2:45 p.m. Thursday near North San Gabriel Canyon Road and North Ranch Road, according to the Azusa Police Department and Los Angeles County Fire Department, which called in a second- alarm response.A witness who lives in a riverbed near Mountain Cove told NBC4 an argument between two homeless men sparked the fire."There were two gentlemen in the back (of a homeless encampment) fighting and they were arguing over a bike and one guy said he'd burn the other guy out, and things got escalated to where the fire started," evacuee Jimmy Pockets told the station."Ran over to try to put it out but it just took off so quick."The blaze was 0% contained and had blackened about 1,500 acres as of 4:50 p.m. Friday, according to the Angeles National Forest. Fire officials had initially reported the blaze burned 2,500 acres, but firefighters updated the number after they "were able to more accurately assess fire size and map the area after the smoke inversion lifted" Friday afternoon.Residents in the Mountain Cove area of Azusa were allowed to go home Friday morning after evacuation orders were lifted because the blaze, re-named the Ranch 2 Fire, was no longer burning toward homes, according to Daniela Zepeda of the U.S. Forest Service."Firefighters did a really good job securing the perimeter of the fire closer to homes," Zepeda said.
