A potential tropical cyclone is looking to wreak havoc on Central America in the next few days.Known as "Potential Tropical Cyclone 14" by the National Hurricane Center, the storm is expected to form in the northwestern Caribbean Sea on Sunday, with heavy rains heading for western Cuba.The system is expected to become a tropical depression late Saturday or Sunday and become a tropical storm by Sunday night, the center said. On the current forecast track, the center said the system is expected to move across the Yucatan Channel near the eastern coast of the Yucatan Peninsula through Sunday night, and then move into the southern Gulf of Mexico on Monday.There is a tropical storm watch for the coast of Mexico from Tulum to Cabo Catoche, where tropical storm conditions are possible Sunday and Monday. There is also a tropical storm warning for the Cuban provinces of Pinar del Rio and the Isle of Youth.Currently, the storm is moving north at 7 mph. It is 120 miles south of Cozumel, Mexico, and is 240 miles south-southwest of the western tip of Cuba, according to the hurricane center's 11 p.m. ET update Saturday.The storm may also produce 3 to 7 inches of rain in western Cuba and 2 to 4 inches over the Yucatan Peninsula, Belize and northern Honduras through Tuesday. It was taken on a cell phone inside the Asian Corned Beef on Gratiot Saturday night.WXYZ reached out to the customer who shot the video. The customer did not feel safe talking, but we that we could use the video. The customer shared the video in Facebook, saying “Asian corn beef on Gratiot ghetto, the whole staff jumped on one person.”The video appears to show a customer arguing with employees, apparently because something was wrong with his order, before an all out fight breaks out.The district manager said they didn’t want to start fighting with the customer and told him to leave.It’s an incident the company said quickly escalated and they didn’t mean for it to get that far.The company said they told police they didn’t want to file a police report, and say they hope this incident doesn’t put a negative light on the restaurant. 1209

A Tennessee man was arrested after watching ISIS videos, and then lying about his stay at a mental institution when he tried to buy a sniper rifle, according to federal officials.According to a federal indictment, federal agents began looking into Khari Malik Whitehead last year, after they talked to someone who knew him. That person told Metro Nashville Police they were concerned Whitehead was watching ISIS propaganda videos on the internet.They also told the ATF Whitehead may have possibly been radicalized, and that they were afraid that he may commit a mass murder one day.The indictment said Whitehead was committed to a mental institution late last year, but he lied about that in February on a background check form he filled out at the Walmart in La Vergne as he tried to buy a semi-automatic rifle. He asked to purchase a rifle that could "hold a lot of bullets"However, the purchase didn't go through. His stay at the mental institution was picked up by the background check, and Whitehead was denied the purchase.Whitehead's lie on the background check form was enough for federal prosecutors to file charges against him. 1175

A request from children is changing the future of LEGO kits. The company announced they will be phasing out their single-use plastic bags used to separate parts of their kits beginning next year.“We have received many letters from children about the environment asking us to remove single-use plastic packaging. We have been exploring alternatives for some time and the passion and ideas from children inspired us to begin to make the change,” stated CEO Niels Christiansen in a company release.The toymaker has set a goal of making all of their packaging sustainable by the end of 2025. Beginning in 2021, they will look at using recyclable paper bags in their kits.Testing has already taken place, and LEGO says kids liked the paper bags because they were environmentally friendly and easy to open.Other LEGO products will be getting an environmentally friendly makeover in the future, too. The company said it is testing blocks made from sugar cane and other sustainable materials. 992
