A pharmaceutical company is recalling dozens of medications for infants and young children that are used to treat ailments like bed wetting, chicken pox and colic.According to the FDA, King Bio voluntarily issued a recall for the medication due to a possible microbial contamination.The products were sold nationwide between August 2017 and July 2018.Customers currently in possession of affected product should discontinue its use immediately and contact King Bio by email or call the company at 866-298-2740. The company also says it is notifying distributors and customers by letter.If children have experienced any issues with taking the medication, their guardians should contact a physician.So far, King Bio says it has not received any reports of injury or illness related to the recall.Find out more about the affected products below. 870

A vehicle was intentionally driven Friday into three students outside a high school near the southern French city of Toulouse, injuring them, the country's interior ministry said.A driver was arrested after the collision, and the Toulouse prosecutor has been called to investigate, the ministry said.The collision happened outside Saint Exupéry high school, according to CNN affiliate BFM TV.Initial information about the conditions of the injured -- identified by authorities only as Chinese students -- conflicted. The interior ministry said the students were lightly injured; BFM reported that two were in serious condition.Toulouse Prosecutor Pierre-Yves Couilleau said around noon ET that two students remained hospitalized and one had left the hospital.The vehicle accelerated as the students crossed a road, the interior ministry said.The driver has a history of mental illness, the interior ministry said in a statement. A new lawsuit filed by the porn star known as Stormy Daniels claims President Donald Trump never signed a hush agreement regarding an alleged sexual encounter between the two and therefore the agreement is void.According to the legal complaint filed in California state court and tweeted out by her lawyer on Tuesday, Trump's personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, signed the document on behalf of the President instead.The porn star, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, claims in the lawsuit to have had an affair with Trump several years prior to his presidency. However, the lawsuit claims that when he was running for office and multiple women were coming forward to share stories of their own alleged encounters with the then-Republican presidential candidate, Cohen intervened in an attempt to keep Clifford from coming forward as well.  852

A tent being used as a polling location for voters who preferred to not wear a mask in New Hampshire reportedly blew over Tuesday afternoon, injuring a poll worker.The tent for “non-masked voting” was set up outside Bedford High School in Bedford, New Hampshire. Those who wanted to cast their ballot without wearing a mask could do so there, as masks were required inside the school to vote.The weather in New Hampshire Tuesday was cold and windy. A gust blew the tent into the air and it fell over.“If anyone has seen 'The Wizard of Oz' and Dorothy and Toto and everything else, or 'Twister,' yes, unfortunately, we did have an incident,” Bill Klein, town moderator in Bedford, told the New Hampshire Union Leader.The 72-year-old poll worker had a cut on his face and was taken to the hospital to be checked out, according to the Washington Post. A Nashville doggie day care has filed a lawsuit for million against people who they said have destroyed their reputation. They said online posts in a popular neighborhood Facebook page just weren't true.The Dog Spot in East Nashville filed the lawsuit for libel, fraud and other charges against Jamie Bayer and Bari Rachel Miley Hardin for comments they made on the East Nashville Facebook page starting last month.According to the lawsuit, Bayer posted in part: "...how many dogs have died at The Dog Spot?"  Adding, "I found out two dogs died there. Since then I've heard up to four, and recently even seven."The lawsuit says, among other things, Hardin posted "Lots of dogs have been killed there" and "people can't talk when they've been paid off."The lawsuit from The Dog spot says "These are false statements.""It's not acceptable, its not freedom of speech. you cannot yell fire in a movie theater," said Chad Baker, one of the owners of The Dog Spot. "Just because it's Facebook, doesn't mean you can go on, and say things that are not true, and what's being said about us is not true."There has been at least one dog death at the day care. Rachael Waldrop's Chihuahua "Hall" died after an incident with a larger dog last year.
