(KGTV) -- An elderly man was struck by a car and killed as he crossed an El Cajon street Wednesday night.At around 11:30 p.m., El Cajon police and paramedics were called to the intersection of Jamacha and Main Street in response to a pedestrian hit by a vehicle.Police said a pickup truck was traveling northbound on Jamacha when it hit the 80 year-old-man.
