The 5-year-old boy who was tossed off a third-floor balcony at the Mall of America in Minnesota in April is now back at home.An update on the family-run GoFundMe account says the boy -- who fell from nearly 40 feet -- completed his inpatient rehabilitation and will now enter "the next phase of recovery.""(This) includes continued outpatient rehabilitation for multiple injuries and adjusting to life back at home and school," the update read.The boy, who has not been publicly identified, was outside a café with his mother when 24-year-old Emmanuel Aranda came close to them, picked up the child and threw him over the railing.Aranda told police he had come to the mall a day earlier intending to kill an adult, but that did not "work out," according to the criminal complaint. The new White House press secretary, Stephanie Grisham, got into a scuffle with North Korean officials on Sunday during a chaotic scene outside a meeting room where US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un talked privately.A source at the scene said Grisham got in "an all out brawl" with North Korean officials. The District of Columbia Attorney General's Office has subpoenaed the Trump inaugural committee for documents related to its finances.The subpoena, dated February 26 and obtained by CNN, says the attorney general, Karl Racine, is investigating "whether the Committee's expenditures of its nonprofit funds were wasteful, mismanaged, and/or improperly provided private benefit, causing the Committee to exceed or abuse its authority or act contrary to its nonprofit purpose."The new probe indicates widening interest among law enforcement officials into Trump's inaugural, which is also being investigated by prosecutors in New York and New Jersey.The documents, due by March 29, cover a wide swath of committee activity. The subpoena asks for inaugural committee financial and governance documents, vendor contracts and communications, as well as money the committee paid to the Trump Organization and the Trump International Hotel in downtown Washington. The Justice Department is moving to drop charges against two Russian companies that were accused of funding a social media campaign to sway American public opinion during the 2016 U.S. presidential election. Concord Management and Consulting LLC and Concord Catering were among three companies and 13 individuals charged in 2018 by special counsel Robert Mueller. The indictment alleged a conspiracy to spread disinformation on social media during the 2016 presidential race. Officials said the effort included social media postings and campaigns aimed at dividing American public opinion and sowing discord in the electorate. 638
