Stormy Daniels' former manager, who helped broker her confidentiality agreement, is cooperating with the FBI as part of its probe of an arrangement she struck with Donald Trump's lawyer, according to a source with knowledge of the investigation.Gina Rodriguez responded to a subpoena by handing over records to the FBI. Some of those documents pertain to the 2016 hush money agreement signed by Daniels and Michael Cohen, President Trump's personal attorney. Cohen signed the agreement on behalf of a shell company he owned known as Essential Consultants LLC, according to the source.Rodriguez has signed a confidentiality agreement that keeps her from talking about the Daniels deal with Cohen, the source said.In the documents Rodriguez handed over to the FBI, there is evidence that Daniels -- an adult film star whose legal name is Stephanie Clifford -- was working an initial deal with Cohen on October 10, 2016. Daniels was being represented in that deal by Rodriguez and Daniels' then-attorney Keith Davidson, according to the same source.As CNN previously reported, that deal fell through when Cohen failed to pay the money. Eighteen days later, the second deal was finalized by Daniels and Cohen.Around the same time negotiations with Cohen were going on behind the scenes, Daniels and her manager were shopping a story to several media organizations about Daniels' alleged affair with Trump a decade ago.Cohen has said that the President did not have a sexual relationship with Daniels. The band Smash Mouth is facing criticism for playing a concert to a large crowd that were reportedly mostly mask-less. The band headlined the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally being held this week in South Dakota.Images from Sunday night’s Smash Mouth concert show a crowd packed shoulder to shoulder in some places, with few people wearing masks.At one point in the concert, a band member addressing the crowd can be heard saying "F*** that Covid s***,” according to KOTA-TV. It's unclear what he's saying before or after that comment.The group defended the concert in a statement given to Billboard; band manager Robert Hayes said "the promoter did a fantastic job with their COVID protocol. They had a very strict social distancing and mask policy in place for all workers."Hayes added comments about the "endless hours" spent to ensure the concert happened as safely as possible and “we are very happy with the outcome."Sturgis city officials allowed the annual event to go on this year, despite pleas from residents, and recommend visitors wear masks and social distance. Starbucks will take a time-out to work on re-training it's workers on racial bias, but the family of the man killed outside a Starbucks in Milwaukee Wisconsin was critical of the coffee company's decision.Starbucks will close all 8,000 stores for a day on May 29 after a Starbucks worker in Philadelphia called police accusing two black men of loitering in the store. Their arrest is now a viral video.But the family of Dontre Hamilton, who was shot and killed after a Starbucks employee called the police on him for sleeping on a bench, says it is a familiar over-reaction by someone who works for Starbucks."We feel Starbucks was partly responsible for calling on an individual who wasn't bothering anyone that day in this park," said Nate Hamilton, the brother of Dontre Hamilton.After Dontre Hamilton's death on April 30, 2014, there were protests both inside and outside the Starbucks.
