DALIAN, Sept. 11 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Keqiang on Thursday delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the Annual Meeting of the New Champions 2015, also known as the Summer Davos Forum.
The passing of the bills by the lower house of Japan's parliament has drawn opposition from inside Japan. A number of opposition parties tried to block a vote on the bills and strongly condemned the ruling coalition. Local opinion polls showed that more than half of Japanese people hold negative views on the bills.
In a meeting with more than 60 overseas attendees at The Party and World Dialogue 2015 in the Great Hall of the People, Wang said Party members should adhere to the "superior line" and never be allowed to cross the "bottom line." He said the Party regulations and rules should be put in first place so that members will promptly be warned of minor misconduct and immediately disciplined for major wrongdoing.
China will continue boosting friendship and practical cooperation with the countries, and jointly promote common development and prosperity, he said.
A statement from the military area command said the drill, which is joined by personnel from the army, navy, air force and artillery, will test the troops' joint operations using digitized commands and information.
