He pointed out that China attaches great importance to its relations with the EU and is willing to push forward negotiations on the China-EU investment agreement and cooperation in various fields to keep the healthy and steady development of bilateral ties. He expressed the belief that the friendship between China and the EU will be further deepened and bilateral cooperation be further expanded after overcoming the epidemic.
He also expressed his sincere gratitude to compatriots in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, overseas Chinese, as well as to countries, international organizations and friendly people that have provided various support to the epidemic prevention and control.
At the meeting, 12 political advisors and representatives from academia put forward their suggestions on the issue. Meanwhile, more than 120 political advisors voiced their opinion through a mobile platform of the CPPCC National Committee.
