BEIJING, April 4 (Xinhua) -- China will put in place a system of conservation standards to cap energy consumption for all major energy-intensive industries by 2020, according to a circular issued by the State Council, China's cabinet, on Saturday.

Leading resident supervisors have taken office in the CPC Central Committee's General Office, Organization Department, Publicity Department and United Front Work Department.

Analysts in both countries believe that bilateral relations have huge potential and broad prospects. With substantial efforts exerted by both governments and both peoples, the two countries and the rest of the world could be largely benefited.

The conference discussed issues of common concern for Asian and African nations, as well as ways of achieving greater economic, cultural and political cooperation among them.
