Getting into an Ivy League or top ten university is typically extremely competitive and difficult, but the effects of the pandemic may be making it easier for some to now get into their dream school.Part of the reason for this is that enrollment is down at college campuses across the country.One poll, conducted by College Reaction and Axios, shows roughly 22 percent of college students have decided to take a gap year. I want to transfer. This is the time to transfer. I’ll have the best shot. GLOBE, Arizona — Police are investigating a shooting at a Globe, Arizona bar Sunday night that left two people dead.The shooting occurred at the Jammerz bar around 11:30 p.m. local time; police say a lone gunman walked in and opened fire. Four people were shot during the incident, and two of those people were killed. There is no word on the condition of the surviving two victims.One person of interest was taken into custody. Authorities said they are confident the person in custody is the suspect. It appears to be a random act of violence, according to information from police.
