In his first comments since the FBI raid on his home and office, Michael Cohen said the FBI agents "were extremely professional, courteous and respectful."The comments contrast with President Donald Trump who complained Monday that agents "broke into the office of one of my personal attorneys.""I am unhappy to have my personal residence and office raided. Investigators have found evidence that a missing University of Iowa student was doing homework on her laptop the night she went missing, according to the woman's brother.Mollie Tibbets, 20, went missing on July 18 when she went jogging near Brooklyn, Iowa. TIbbets' brother, Jake, says investigators found that evidence that she was on her laptop that evening.The older brother of 20-year-old Mollie Tibbetts says investigators told him evidence shows she was doing homework on her computer last Wednesday evening. Tibbets was reportedly dog-sitting for her boyfriend, Jack Dalton, at the time of her disappearance. It is unclear if she returned after her jog, but the new details, family members say it is possible she did. Investigators previously executed a search warrant for Tibbits' Fitbit and social media accounts. A spokesperson for the Iowa Department of Criminal Investigations said Tibbets' case may be the first time Fitbit data has been used in an investigation in the state.  1043

INGLEWOOD (CNS) - A suspect allegedly armed with a sword opened fire on responding officers Wednesday at or near the Church of Scientology in Inglewood, injuring two of them before he was himself wounded by return fire, possibly fatally, police said.One officer was struck in a hand and the other in an arm in the shooting, which was reported about 3:30 p.m. in the 300 block of South Market Street, according to the Inglewood Police Department.Both were taken to a hospital for treatment of what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.The suspect, initially reported by police to have been killed in the exchange of gunfire, was later taken to a hospital, according to a fire department spokesman.Inglewood police Lt. Neal Cochran, citing initial information from the scene, said the suspect was believed to have been fatally wounded, but subsequent reports indicated he was in grave condition.The gunfire erupted after two officers responded to a report of a male suspect armed with a sword at or near the Church of Scientology at 315 S.
