There's an unusually high volume of birds in the state right now, and the Department of Natural Resources says spring migration has come to a halt due to the snow.This stop has forced larger crowds to Wisconsin feeders. But she does help them out by keeping her bird feeder full. "Some of them will do a little reverse migration...It's a little nicer in Illinois. It's not snowing down there and [the birds] can get food...Robins have been coming to eat bird seed out of the feeder. They don't normally eat bird seed, that's not normal behavior for a robin," said Huf. DNR says this weather creates a lose-lose situation for the birds. Since their food is either buried in the snow or frozen solid, especially tree sap or insects, scavenging is difficult.Additionally, the birds can't go elsewhere to find food because the frigid cold is blocking the warm northbound currents. He is now working with his bank to repair the fraud charges.Easy to believe the caller's claimsLast year, one church almost lost ,000.Donald Kincaid is an Episcopal church groundskeeeper. He was shocked when he received a call from the power company claiming the church had fallen behind on its electric bill."The caller said that the gas and electric would be cut off in about a half an hour because the bill hadn't been paid," he said.The caller couldn't have been more clear. THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. (KGTV) - The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department detailed the circumstances leading deputies to search Tuesday the Thousand Oaks home of actress Heather Locklear.The actress was arrested at her home February 25 on suspicion of felony domestic battery and three counts of battery on a peace officer.Locklear told deputies she would shoot them if they ever came to her house again, investigators said.According to the search warrant, deputies looked for a firearm Locklear has registered in her name but did not find it on the property.Locklear is scheduled to appear in court March 13. 614
