He faces three counts of murder and three counts of first-degree attempted murder in the shooting at Don Carter Lanes, in Rockford, on Saturday. According to The Associated Press, the three men who died were aged 73, 65, and 69.The AP reported that two teenagers were wounded - a 14-year-old boy was shot in the face, a 16-year-old girl was shot in the shoulder, and a 62-year-old man who was shot several times.His lawyer also told the court Webb appeared to have issues with memory loss and that he'll undergo mental health evaluations. CARLSBAD (CNS) - Attorneys for the alleged victims of a former Carlsbad military boarding school headmaster whose molestation conviction was overturned last week by a state appellate panel asked the San Diego County District Attorney's Office Wednesday to appeal the ruling or retry the case against him.Jeffrey Barton, 62, was convicted in 2017 of five felony counts of forcible oral copulation and one felony count of forcible sodomy for allegedly molesting a cadet at the Army and Navy Academy beginning in 1999, when the alleged victim was 14 years old.Barton was sentenced to 48 years in state prison.A three-justice panel from the Fourth District Court of Appeal agreed with Barton's contentions that the trial judge should not have dismissed one of the jurors during the trial and reversed the conviction on Friday.RELATED: Appeals court reverses molestation conviction for former Carlsbad boarding school headAttorney John Manly, whose firm represents four alleged victims in civil suits filed against Barton and the academy, said, "We disagree with the ruling of the court of appeal. (KGTV) -- Police in Carlsbad are looking for a woman suspected of striking a senior in the face and leaving the scene.Police said the reported incident happened at around 5 p.m. on Oct. 5, near Grand Avenue and Carlsbad Village Drive.According to police, a woman -- for reasons still unclear – “hit a senior female in the face, causing minor injury, and then ran away.”Photos tweeted by the department show the suspected attacker and a male companion walking away following the incident.Anyone with information on the incident or on the people involved is asked to call 760-931-2161. 608

CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. (KGTV) -- One Marine was killed and six others injured in a rollover during a training exercise at Camp Pendleton Thursday morning. The rollover happened around 9 a.m. Thursday and involved a light armored vehicle. The six Marines injured in the crash were taken to a local hospital with injuries not considered serious. The Marines are from the 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, 1st Marine Division, according to officials. The cause of the rollover is under investigation. None of the Marines have been identified. 558
