A Halloween display featuring President Donald Trump and former President Barack Obama put up outside of a Fowlerville, Michigan, auto shop has drawn concern and even death threats to the owner. The original display was put up three weeks ago outside of Quality Coatings on Carr Street. It was a scarecrow with Trump’s facemask holding a rope and Obama’s facemask at the bottom of the rope. Under the Trump scarecrow foot was a Hillary Clinton mask. Just a few days ago, the auto shop owner took down the rope and Obama’s head and placed a sash on the Trump scarecrow that says, “PC Police.” A post on social media displaying the original decorations went viral, with many claiming the rope looked like a noose. The shop owner, who refused to go on camera, says it was not meant to be racist, rather the rope was meant to look like a spine and a move from the game Mortal Kombat. "I feel like it was supposed to be a noose and he says there’s no winners, yet who’s holding Obama's head?," said Ashley Tyler who lives near the display. A 7-month-old baby in Ohio was hospitalized earlier this week with a blood alcohol level three times the limit of what an adult could drive with after she was left with a family member while her mother was working, according to a Cleveland police report.On Sunday, Cleveland police responded to University Hospitals of Cleveland Medical Center when a woman arrived with an infant who was unresponsive and limp, the report states.Hospital workers did a drug panel and then administered naloxone, believing the child may have overdosed, the report stated. Test results later indicated that the girl had a BAC of 0.25, which is over three times the legal limit for an adult behind the wheel.The mother told police that she left the child with a family member while she went to work. When the mother picked up her daughter, she noticed that the baby “was very tired and not acting herself” and she was getting worse.Police were told a family member might have put liquor in a bottle to get the child to stop crying and fall asleep, according to the report.Cleveland police detectives are investigating the case. 1119

A man in New Jersey is hospitalized with the state's first "presumptive positive case of novel coronavirus," officials said Wednesday night. The man, who's in his 30s, has been hospitalized in Bergen County since Tuesday. The test result came from a sample tested by the New Jersey Department of Health.
