The body of 3-year-old Kamille "Cupcake" McKinney was recovered by law enforcement in Alabama on Tuesday, bringing an end to a 10-day search for the girl. The 4th Judicial District Attorney Dan May said he filed two counts of first-degree murder and three counts of solicitation.
