A team of doctors, lawyers and advocates are warning of what they say are major health and hygiene problems at several US Customs and Border Protection facilities in Texas."There was just a pervasive health crisis," said attorney Toby Gialluca, describing what she said were conditions at the Ursula Processing Center in McAllen, Texas. "Virtually everyone we saw was ill."Clara Long, a senior researcher for Human Rights Watch, described what she said were "unconscionable conditions" at a Border Patrol station in Clint, Texas, where unaccompanied minors were being held."The kids had colds and were sick and said they didn't have access to soap to wash their hands. A massive fire ripped through the iconic Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris on Monday and an hour before the fire started, a very special moment was caught on camera between a man and a little girl — but they may not even know the photo exists, that is, until it reaches them via social media. That's what the person who took the photo hopes will happen.A Twitter user who claims she took the heartwarming photo of a man swinging a little girl in front of the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris an hour before a massive fire ravaged the historic cathedral is hoping she can find the man in the photo and share it with him. Brooke Windsor took the photo and now she's trying to make sure the photo gets to the people in the photo after Monday's devastating fire. The photo was one of the last snapped before the fire so Windsor is making it her mission to find the duo in the photo. Brooke is asking social media to work its magic after she shared the photo on Twitter late Monday night with the caption: "I took this photo as we were leaving #NotreDame about an hour before it caught on fire. I almost went up to the dad and asked if he wanted it. Now I wish I had. Twitter if you have any magic, help him find this ????." I took this photo as we were leaving 1262

A new court document submitted last week in a lawsuit filed by Sandy Hook families against right-wing conspiracy theorist Alex Jones sheds light on some of the inner workings of Infowars, the fringe and fairly opaque media company Jones operates. The document, which was filed in a Connecticut court on Wednesday, includes depositions taken in May from four employees of Free Speech Systems, the parent company of Infowars. One of the associates deposed is Jones' father, Dr. David Jones, who is the manager of human resources at Free Speech Systems. The depositions emphasized how lucrative it has been for Jones to sell products in his online store, and offered a glimpse into how being banned by social media companies like Facebook and Twitter has affected the business. The depositions also painted Infowars as an organization run entirely by Jones.Jones, who had said the Sandy Hook school shooting was staged, is being sued for defamation by the families of victims in 986
