BEIJING, Oct. 29 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping will pay a state visit to Vietnam from Nov. 5 to 6 at the invitation of General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Nguyen Phu Trong and Vietnamese President Truong Tan Sang, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lu Kang announced Thursday.
