A man who held up a "Trump 2020" sign while riding Splash Mountain at Disney World says he has been banned from the park for life.Dion Cini of New York City donned a "Make America Great Again" visor and strategically held up a "Trump 2020" banner so it would show up in the on-ride photos that are available for purchase near the exit of Splash Mountain.NBC News reports that Cini was later told that he has been permanently prevented from visiting its parks.Disney told NBC that it wasn't the content of Cini's sign that resulted in the ban but the fact that he held up a sign "to incite a crowd."Disney World's park rules state that "unauthorized events, demonstrations or speeches, or the usage of any flag, banner or sign for commercial purposes, or to incite a crowd" as among its prohibited activities.Cini posted a picture of his ride photo, along with what appears to be a ticket documenting his ban from the parks on FacebookAlex Hider is a writer for the E.W. A news anchor has accused actor Kevin Spacey of groping her son, bringing the number of those accusing him of sexual misconduct to 14.Former TV news anchor Heather Unruh came forward on Wednesday with the new allegations and said the assault took place in July 2016. Unruh spoke during a press conference about the incident. She said Spacey sexually assaulted her son in 2016 when he was 18 years old. 424

A two-week-old child is dead after the newborn was mauled on Cleveland's west side. A Cleveland Police detective said the child was attacked by a family dog at a home. The infant was rushed to MetroHealth Medical Center after a four-year-old German Shepherd got loose from where it was fenced in and bit the baby.The girl did not survive the injuries, dying from head trauma.Cleveland's homicide unit was notified about the attack.The City of Cleveland Kennels responded to the scene and took custody of the dog. 535

A pro-growth group's sweeping victory this week could smooth the road for more dense housing in San Diego's uptown neighborhoods.The group, Rise Up Town, won all seven open seats on the city's Uptown Planning Group. The all-volunteer board makes official recommendations to the City Council on proposals in Hillcrest, Bankers Hill, Mission Hills and parts of University Heights. Rise Up Town campaigned on "taller, well designed buildings," with support for affordable development, faster approval, and more walkable and bikeable neighborhoods, with lower speed traffic. It also said the current board members weren't doing enough to support growth in a time that San Diego needs it. "We thought that we could address the problems that we saw in terms of housing affordability, in terms of bike and pedestrian infrastructure within the community," said Clint Daniels, one of the newly elected members. "We got together, we were passionate about it, and we thought those passionate ideas that we could serve the community well."About 500 people voted in the election, held Tuesday before the Uptown Planning Group's meeting. The vote unseated three incumbents, including board chair Leo Wilson. Mat Wahlstrom, who lost his bid for re-election, said he's concerned the new members could serve as a rubber stamp for developers. "None of us have said anything against appropriate density," he said. "We definitely don't want to put all of uptown under saran wrap."There are 17 members on the Uptown Planning Group.
