Presidential candidate Joe Biden spoke out on Wednesday on the shooting of Jacob Blake in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Blake was shot by police in Wisconsin on Sunday, causing unrest in Kenosha.Two officers from the incident have been placed on administrative leave.
