(KGTV) - The man suspected of opening fire at a Church’s Chicken in Otay Mesa West earlier this month was arrested Friday in Memphis, Tennessee, the U.S. Marshals Service confirmed. Albert Blake is charged with shooting and killing Maribel Merino-Ibanez, 28, and wounding two men Nov. 6. The three victims were employees of the restaurant on Del Sol Boulevard. Police said the shooter had been to the Church's earlier in the day and tried to use a counterfeit bill to buy food. "The suspect got into a verbal argument with employees and left the restaurant. (KGTV) — Los Angeles Police are investigating the death of a six-month-old fetus found in the bathroom of a Sherman Oaks grocery store.Police received the call at about 3 p.m. about an infant's body at a Ralphs grocery store in the 4400 block of Burbank Boulevard, according to ABC-affiliate Los Angeles station KABC.The fetus was discovered in a toilet by a witnessed who then called police, LAPD Sgt. Hector Guzman said during a press conference. Fire personnel arrived and determined it had died.Guzman said they have identified a woman they believed to be the mother and have interviewed her to figure out what happened, according to KABC.Ralphs issued a statement to KABC, saying the bathrooms are behind the scenes and don't impact the safety of customers, employees, and the public.By Wednesday evening, police determined no crime had been committed and no arrests were made, KABC reported. The El Paso Police Department tweeted “blood needed urgently” hours after the shooting, due to the multiple victims at El Paso hospitals. Vitalant in El Paso, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit blood service providers, sent 90 units of blood to one of the two hospitals. Several other hospitals requested additional blood, the group reported. (KGTV) -- The Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station said Thursday they’ve had to ask people to stop donating after receiving an overwhelming amount of donations for the Holy Fire.According to a post on the station’s Facebook page, the donations have taken up so much space, deputies are running out of room to store the items.A photo shows boxes of snacks piled atop cases of water and Gatorade.
