FREDERICK, Colorado – The bodies of Chris Watts’ two young daughters were found inside oil and gas tanks that “were mostly full,” several high-ranking sources tell Scripps' Denver affiliate KMGH-TV.The high ranking sources said Thursday evening they believe Watts placed the bodies of 4-year-old Bella and 3-year-old Celeste in the oil and gas tanks owned by Anadarko in order to hide the bodies and conceal the smell.Frederick police officials said in a 6:30 p.m. update Thursday that the bodies of the two young girls were found in close proximity to the other body whom officers strongly believe is Shanann Watts. Her body was found on property owned by Anadarko Petroleum earlier Thursday. Two law enforcement sources said Watts had confessed to killing his wife and daughters. He faces investigation on one count of first-degree murder after deliberation; two counts of first-degree murder – position of trust; and three counts of tampering with a deceased human body.All three were reported missing Monday around 2 p.m. after Shanann did not arrive to a scheduled meeting. Fierce winds and lightening strikes created by a powerful dust storm have killed around 100 people in northwestern India since late Wednesday, according to local authorities.In the state of Rajasthan, at least 31 people died and around 120 people were injured after winds downed more than 8,000 electricity poles and uprooted hundreds of trees, Jaipur District Divisional Commissioner T Ravi Kant told CNN."This has resulted in widespread electricity cuts and water shortages. Most of the deaths occurred after walls and roofs of houses collapsed in the middle of the night," he said.In neighboring Uttar Pradesh, the death toll stood at at least 64, with the vast majority of those deaths occurring in the city of Agra, where so far 43 have been confirmed dead.According to Sanjay Kumar, the relief commissioner at the Uttar Pradesh state disaster management authority, the high casualty number is the result of people becoming trapped under falling debris. They would take several days and would evaluate Boeing’s proposed changes to the automated flight control system on the Max.The flight control system, triggered by faulty readings from sensors, pushed the planes into nosedives that led to crashes in Indonesia and Ethiopia, killing 346 people.Even if no new problems are discovered during the test flights, it’s likely to take at least a month to get pilots trained and get mothballed planes upgraded, inspected and serviced.
