Nancy Pelosi's bid to become speaker of the House is becoming more complicated, as 17 Democrats have now signed a letter saying they won't vote for her on the House floor, according to four sources with knowledge of the matter.If these Democrats stick to this pledge, the California Democrat, who is currently the leader of her party in the House, may not have the votes to become speaker. In addition to the 17, five additional Democrats have pledged not to support her on the floor but have yet to sign the letter, one of the sources said.The goal of the Pelosi critics is to force her out of the speaker's race by convincing her she does not have the votes to win. But Pelosi and her allies reject that notion and are confident of their chances, saying she will call their bluff on the floor.Pelosi first needs to win a majority of the House Democrats to win the caucus nomination on November 28. Then, she needs to win a majority of House members who vote for a candidate -- likely 218 -- and can't afford to lose too many Democrats on the floor.Democrats are poised to hold at least 227 seats in the new Congress compared to 200 for Republicans, with eight races still yet to be called by CNN.What's unclear is who will run against Pelosi on the Democratic side. NATIONAL CITY, Calif. (KGTV) -- Police in National City have arrested two suspects following a deadly 2015 shooting. According to the National City Police Department, Roger Hernandez, 30, and Luis Karam-Solis, 29, were arrested for the murder of Juan Munoz. The shooting happened in October of 2015. According to police, 18-year-old Munoz and his 17-year-old passenger drove to the 1600 block of Prospect Street after being followed by two men in a silver Nissan Altima. After the victims stopped, a Hispanic man approached their vehicle and fired several rounds. Munoz died on his way to the hospital and the 17-year-old passenger was shot in his thigh. Hernandez is currently being held on .1 million bail while Solis’ bail was set for million. 760

Multiple reports of illnesses have prompted a Chipotle location near Columbus, Ohio to close on Monday, both Reuters and the Columbus Dispatch reported. The Columbus Dispatch reported that a dozen customers claimed to have gotten sick after eating at the location over the weekend. The Dispatch reported that the location was last inspected on Thursday by the health department, and had two critical violations - one was for beans that were not held at a high enough temperature, and the other was for cut lettuce that was not properly cooled after preparation. The Dispatch said that these violations were corrected on the same day. “We acted quickly and closed this single restaurant out of an abundance of caution and we are working with the local health officials to reopen this restaurant as soon as possible,” a Chipotle spokeswoman said in a statement to Reuters.The Dispatch reported this location should reopen on Tuesday. In 2015, hundreds of customers were sickened across the country after eating at Chipotle. The wave of illnesses likely contributed to a decrease in business, prompting the company to wage a public campaign on food safety.  1207

MILWAUKEE – Milwaukee police are looking for the suspects involved in a “large fight” at a Wendy’s restaurant on the city’s north side.It happened on Monday around 6:15 p.m. at the restaurant.Floyd Taylor captured the fight on his cell phone -- as it escalated during the dinner rush.Taylor says he entered the Wendy’s and started ordering food. He says he saw an employee and manager arguing behind the counter and the tension started to escalate.Taylor says the manager left the store to call for help – and that’s when the punches started flying. Right now, there is no word if anyone was injured.Milwaukee Police are still investigating the incident.  673
