JAMUL (CNS) - A woman was killed in Jamul late Friday by a hit-and-run driver who officers were ultimately able to track down and arrest, the California Highway Patrol said Saturday.Around 7:20 p.m. Friday, a 65-year-old woman was crossing Route 94 near Rancho Miguel Road when she was struck by a white Toyota Corolla heading west on the highway, CHP officers said.The Corolla driver at first pulled over and got out of the car, then hopped back in and fled the area, continuing west on Route 94, officials said.The victim was taken by ambulance to a hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries, according to the CHP.Neither the driver nor the victim were publicly named.MAP: Track crime happening in your neighborhoodInvestigators were looking for possible witnesses, and asked anyone who saw the crash to call the California Highway Patrol El Cajon office at (619) 401-2000. 887

Players entered Chicago Pizza on the first floor of Jacksonville Landing and Dickie said there was little security, "It's unfortunate because it was a smaller event, I mean it wasn't a large event. If you go to events like the Barclay's Center or Staple's, you're going to go through a metal detector."Inside, gamers entered their own world, "it is probably the biggest quality of a gamer, to have that intense focus, so everybody was focused on gameplay." He says a number of never-before-seen job openings are entering the market, including temperature checkers, disinfecting cleaning services and many more."Reconfiguration specialists. These are folks that are restructuring facilities for more social distancing, so wider aisles, as an example. Decontamination technicians. These are folks that are cleaning masks and PPE for healthcare workers and so these are positions you just didn’t see a lot of before," says Beharelle.Some of the positions, such as temperature checkers, are likely part-time or temporary."And then there's positions like contact tracers. Really, those didn't exist at all before and these are positions where folks work out of their homes and essentially are call center-type employees. They make anywhere from to an hour doing contact tracing," says Beharelle.At-home tech support is an in-demand field right now with openings.“There are virtual event planners, or people who help organizers change events that were supposed to be done in person into online virtual events," says Julia Pollak, with Zip Recruiter. Eric Greitens has been indicted by a grand jury in St. Louis on a felony invasion of privacy charge. The St. Louis City Attorney's Office confirmed Greitens was taken into custody by police in St. Louis. NBC station KSDK?reports in St. Louis reports that a judge granted his release. Court documents accuse Greitens of knowingly photographing an unidentified person in a state of partial or full nudity without consent and when the victim would have had a reasonable expectation of privacy. The incident allegedly occurred on March 21, 2015.If convicted, Greitens could face up to four years in prison. Last month, Greitens admitted to having an affair with a woman in March 2015.   778
