Eventually, there will be an additional lane at the Woodland and Barham on-ramps.Residents told 10News the construction set-up is too dangerous for drivers.“I'm saying a prayer before I get on the ramp cause you really need it,” said Jacqueline Duron.She also said the ramp set-up doesn’t give drivers enough time to speed up and merge onto the freeway safely.“A lot of the times all the lanes are packed - so there's nowhere for anybody to go - and drivers going up the ramp getting smashed on the cement wall,” said Duron.Neighbors also posted concerns on the NextDoor app, calling the situation a ‘death trap’.Crash statistics for the Woodland Parkway ramp to westbound SR-78 show a slight uptick from last year, with seven crashes to the previous year’s five.Even though the number of accidents were slightly higher this year compared to 2017, the CHP says the numbers do not support the existence of an issue.10News talked with Caltrans about neigbors' concerns. McDowell Road in Scottsdale (near Scottsdale and North Hayden Roads).Here are a few things you need to know:WHAT IS IT?Forget going to the grocery store and walking the aisles to grab the milk, eggs and cheese. Under the test program, customers will be able to order their groceries via the Fry's Food Store app and website and have them delivered to their home by one of Nuro’s ten unmanned Toyota Prius vehicles.Each vehicle will deliver the groceries to a home’s curbside and can deliver up to 15 bags of groceries, said Pam Giannonatti, corporate affairs manager with Kroger.HOW SAFE IS IT?“Safety is Nuro’s top priority. (KGTV) -- Cell phone video reportedly taken Wednesday morning shows San Diego County Sheriff's deputies at a San Marcos home that's been at the center of an ongoing battle. When Team10 arrived, there was an eviction resolution notice taped to a window on the property. Neighbors tell us that they're thrilled the eviction process is finally underway. This is a story that Team10 has been following since May - when we spoke with a local hopeful home buyer, John Masnica. He says Julie Frisino and her family unlawfully moved into the house while Masnica was in the process of closing escrow on the bank-owned foreclosure. Wednesday, he told us, "She's just a deadbeat from a family of deadbeats that take advantage of the system." He went on to say, "I hope that now that they're out of this house that there aren't any other available houses for them to try to break into."Frisino took the situation to court, claiming she had rights to be there. This summer, a judge said the bank trustee, not Frisino, had rights to the home.Masnica and his wife are due with their fourth child.
