Tropical Storm Isaias spawned tornadoes and dumped rain along the U.S. East Coast on Tuesday after making landfall as a hurricane in North Carolina, where it smashed boats together and caused floods and fires that displaced dozens of people. At least four people are now dead because of Isaias. Late Tuesday, the National Hurricane Center said that Isaias has officially lost its tropical storm status as it exited the United States and entered Canada. Two people died when Isaias spun off a tornado that struck a North Carolina mobile home park. Authorities said two others were killed by falling trees toppled by the storm in Maryland and New York City.More than 18 hours after coming ashore, Isaias still had sustained top winds of 65 mph (105 kph) at 5 p.m. EDT Tuesday. Tris Pharma issued a voluntary recall notice on Wednesday for Infants' Ibuprofen Concentrated Oral Suspension due to products that have been found to potentially have higher concentrations of ibuprofen.The recall states that some infants who may be more susceptible to a higher potency level of drug may be more vulnerable to permanent NSAID-associated renal injury.The recall says that nausea, vomiting, epigastric pain, or more rarely, diarrhea are possible adverse effects.
