According to police, Seyed Hassan Kaboli, 32, was arrested around 3:45 p.m. Tuesday and booked into jail for forcible rape, torture and false imprisonment. The incident unfolded Monday morning around 10:45 a.m. when police were called to the 9800 block of Caminito Bolsa to investigate a report of a kidnapping. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- An 86-year-old man was killed crossing the street in Mira Mesa Thursday night, police say. According to San Diego Police, the crash occurred on Mira Mesa Boulevard and Aderman Avenue just before 7 p.m. Thursday. Police say the man was using a crosswalk against a red light when he was struck by a 52-year-old woman driving a 2009 Lexus sedan. The man died at the scene and the driver, who police say stayed at the scene, was uninjured. Drugs or alcohol aren’t suspected in the crash. 512
