A man accused of gunning down an international student at the University of Utah on Monday has been captured after an overnight manhunt, authorities in Salt Lake City said.Both Austin Boutain and his wife, Kathleen, are in custody, police said. The couple also were wanted for questioning in connection to the death of a man several days ago in Golden, Colorado, according to University of Utah Police Chief Dale Brophy.Austin Boutain, 24, was arrested Tuesday, Salt Lake City police said in a tweet.The victim in Golden, who has yet to be identified, died within the last three to five days in a recreational vehicle, Brophy said.Golden Police Department Capt. A Florida business owner can continue to fly the flags of the branches of the military after an employee's Facebook live video prompted an ordinance review by city officials.On Monday afternoon, the store manager for Jaguar Power Sports — a motorcycle dealership in Jacksonville — went live on the dealership's Facebook page and claimed a city official with the Regulatory and Compliance Department had cited the business for flying flags of the various branches of the military. The employee claimed that the business was cited for each flag on top of the building."These flags that are flying overhead should not be a problem," said the employee, identifying himself only as Shaun. "... There’s one thing I’m not going to tolerate and that is disrespect for our military in a military town. We should not get cited or ticketed for flying flags representing our country.”The employee also claims the city official who cited the dealership also told a customer in the store at the time — a military veteran — that the customer had done "nothing for our country."Jaguar Power Sports' video has since been shared nearly 250,000 times and received more than 5 million views as of 11 a.m. ET on Tuesday.Regulatory and Compliance Department Chief of Staff Brian Hughes told the Jacksonville Times Union said that Jaguar Power Sports had been issued a warning and had not been fined. A man in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma has died after being shot by police, though neighbors were yelling that he was deaf.Magdiel Sanchez, 35, was carrying a metal pipe and 15 feet away from police when shots were fired. One witness said officers yelled at him to drop what he was carrying before shooting, but he did not comply. Another said Sanchez often carried the pipe because of stray dogs in the area that would attack.Police said officers on the scene did not hear the neighbors.The officer who shot Sanchez is a police sergeant and is now on leave. A livestream announcer for the Madden 19 tournament in Jacksonville, Florida describes the terrifying moments a gunman opened fire, killing two people and wounding several others.The NOW's correspondent Kumasi Aaron sat down with Toshiba Sharon, who was at the venue GLHF Game Bar, when 24-year-old David Katz, armed with a handgun, fired multiple shots at gamers.Sharon says after hearing the first shot, just several minutes into the game, he believed they were experiencing technical difficulties.“Shortly after the second shot rang, that’s when I knew that, you know, it was a gun, and someone was shooting,” recalls Sharon. “So, my attention was drawn straight to the shooter and he was pointing inside the room. From where he came in, it was like a walkway and an entrance, so it’s pretty much just one entrance in and it was one entrance out.”  Sharon says he was sitting by a gamer, who he says was shot in the chest twice.“I watched a boy get shot in his neck, get shot in his head, says Sharon, choking up as he speaks. “Blood right under him, stooped over, lifeless, and brains on the floor…“I watched people run and terrified.”Sharon says the shooting lasted for about 40 seconds. He said when it ended, he stayed in the room to talk to the victims, some he knew. Sharon says he and an off-duty firefighter went to the aid of a victim who was face down on the ground. He says that victim was one of the two men killed in the attack.“I just want people to understand--the kids that were lost yesterday, the men that were lost yesterday--that the brotherhood that they were a part of, for their family members to understand, that they their son, brother or father didn’t die alone, that they died in the midst of family,” says Sharon. “They died, it was very tragic and unfortunate, but they died, you know, their last moments on earth, last moments alive, were doing something they loved.”Sharon says the actions of one person should tear apart a community, but allow a community to come together and not become numb to mass shootings in the country.Two people were killed in the attack.
