But at that time I was Deputy District Attorney, not district attorney."Moore added that he believed the "initials as well as the date under the signature block and the printed name of the restaurant are written in a style inconsistent with the rest of the yearbook inscription."The support of Hannity and other conservative heavyweights is crucial for Moore as he faces intense controversy. Thus far, Moore has responded to the allegations against him largely by dismissing them as supposed "fake news." Saw a big crowd," said Zepeda. Witnesess say the grandfather of that player involved in the touchdown confronted the assistant coach. Two soldiers were killed in an Army AH-64E Apache helicopter crash at the local training area of their base in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, Friday night, a statement from the 101st Airborne Division said.The accident happened at about 9:50 p.m. local time Friday evening and involved two soldiers from the 101st Combat Aviation Brigade, the statement said.The crew was conducting routine training when the accident occurred and there were no other casualties, it said. The city also said it has extended the stance to commercial uses.SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Amid new COVID-19 restrictions, some local churches and gyms are expected to begin using San Diego's parks to conduct operations outside beginning Monday morning.City Councilman Chris Cate proposed the idea in mid-July, and the San Diego County Board of Supervisors approved a similar ordinance for county parks on Aug. 5.The ordinance means the City of San Diego's more than 300 parks, 26 miles of shoreline, and 57 recreation centers could be used for gyms, fitness classes, and worship services, however social distancing and face coverings are still encouraged.The ordinance defers park permit fees for 60 days. Mayor Kevin Faulconer will bring an ordinance to the council once it is back in session in September to make the waiving of fees permanent.This latest move is Faulconer's third executive order allowing for some businesses to operate outside.Previously, he had allowed for some retail and restaurants, and subsequently for gyms, barbershops, hair salons, and massage businesses to expand to sidewalks and private parking lots.In Poway, officials approved a plan to share park space with places of worship and fitness centers. 1404

Twenty-five people have been hospitalized in the same area of Brooklyn after having negative reactions from what's believed to be synthetic marijuana known as K2, according to Lt. Paul Ng with the New York Police Department.There have been no fatalities, Ng said Saturday night. According to police, the hospitalizations began Saturday evening and continued over the course of several hours.Among those hospitalized, 15 people were treated at NYC Health + Hospitals/Woodhull in Brooklyn. As of Sunday morning, about half of them had been released and the others were in the emergency room "under observation," hospital spokeswoman Ana Marengo said.Police are investigating drug activity in the area of Brooklyn where the illnesses were centered, and attempting to locate any more victims and also drug dealers, Ng said.He said while police cannot say for certain that the synthetic drug caused the illnesses, that is what investigators suspected. 954
