(KGTV) -- Police in Oceanside are searching for an at-risk missing man last seen Tuesday afternoon at 2 p.m.According to police, 92-year-old George Serenbetz was last seen on the 3500 block of Pear Blossom Drive around 2 p.m. Tuesday. Serenbetz is described as 6 feet tall with brown hair, blue eyes and was last seen wearing a blue, long-sleeved shirt and blue jeans. Police say he has knee problems and dementia. That vaccine was approved for Emergency Use Authorization by the FDA last Friday and was formally recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention over the weekend.The briefing also comes a day before a vote by an FDA panel on whether to recommend a COVID-19 vaccine produced by Moderna for Emergency Use Authorization.
