SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — Music lovers can enjoy a summer filled with shows in Chula Vista for one flat rate next year.Live Nation's season lawn pass grants fans access to lawn seating during a participating venue's 2020 concert season, "even sold out shows." The pass is 9 per person (plus service fees) and available for 29 different locations, including Chula Vista's North Island Credit Union Amphitheater.Last season, local pass holders were granted access to more than 20 shows. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Neighbors in Ocean Beach are coming together to help raise money for the owner of ACE surfboards whose workshop went up in flames Tuesday afternoon. Albert Elliott's hand-shaped creations were well known in the San Diego area and news of the fire spread quickly. He believes the fire started after the battery on his electric bike ignited. Elliott says much of what was inside was one of a kind and irreplaceable. Although he did have insurance, he isn't sure what it will cover. A Gofundme account has been started to help Elliott and his wife try to rebuild. There is also a clean up at the Elliott's home set for Saturday August 10 at 11 a.m. 674

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — Officials are seeking the public's help to identify a young woman who was hit and killed on Interstate 5 near the San Clemente Border Patrol station almost two weeks ago.The Hispanic female, believed to be in her late teens to early 20s, was hit while trying to run across northbound I-5 lanes at about 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 9.She may have recently traveled to the country from Mexico or another Central American country, according to Medical Examiner investigator Tessa Lee.RELATED: Unaccompanied girl hit, killed walking on Interstate 5 near San Clemente border station"We are hoping that someone may recognize this young woman so we can identify her and notify her family," Lee said.A fingerprint search in the FBI and U.S. Border Patrol databases came back with no matches.The woman had brown eyes, long hair, weighed about 111 pounds, and was 5-feet 1-inches tall. She didn't have any identification at the time of her death.She was, however, wearing distinctive clothing: A maroon shirt with repeating cartoon prints and the word "travels" on it, jeans with a stitched design on a brand tag reading "Eemociones," and gray high-top sneakers with a heart on the sides and turquoise metallic studding.Officials have released a sketch of the woman as she would've appeared while alive.Anyone who may have any information about the woman's identity is asked to call the Medical Examiner's Office at 858-694-2905 and mention case number 2018-01951. 1496

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Police are searching for a gunman after a teenager was shot Friday night outside of a movie theater in Escondido.The shooting happened around 8:50 p.m. at the Regal Cinema on West Valley Parkway in Escondido.Police say the victim was shot in the calf and taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.The shooting is believed to be related to fight among a group of teenagers in the strip mall.They are now reviewing surveillance video in their investigation of the incident. 513
