SAN DIEGO (KGTV) – One person is dead following a shooting at a Midway-area adult store, according to police.The shooting happened around 1:45 p.m. on the 3600 block of Midway Drive at Kemper Street, near the back of the Home Depot.When they arrived, authorities found the body of a 65-year-old woman inside the store. The woman had trauma to her upper body, according to police. Police say a preliminary investigation revealed that the woman was reportedly assaulted while inside the business.The possible suspect was described as a white man last seen wearing a navy blue shirt and navy blue pants. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Police officers chased down two drivers in stolen cars, but only one man was arrested early Wednesday morning.According to San Diego Police, officers spotted a BMW that had just been stolen driving down Hotel Circle South in Mission Valley around 2 a.m. They followed the car, which appeared to be following another car, a black Dodge Charger.When officers tried to pull them over, both drivers sped off in different directions.Just when officers thought they lost the BMW, they found it in a Serra Mesa neighborhood. They moved in with their guns drawn and surrounded the car, but no one was inside.Officers eventually found the suspect hiding in a nearby shed and took him into custody.The driver of the Dodge Charger led officers towards Mission Valley, but that car was later found abandoned behind a Verizon store. 847

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Police are searching for two men suspected in a downtown San Diego shooting spree that left five people injured Monday night.According to San Diego police, the gunfire was reported just after 11 p.m. at several locations in the East Village neighborhood, about three blocks east of Petco Park's tailgate parking lot.The shooting happened not long after the San Diego Padres wrapped up their game against the Washington Nationals at Petco Park.Police said four people were in the 500 block of 15th Street, near Island Avenue, when two men dressed in dark clothing approached the group and opened fire.Moments later, and several blocks from the initial shooting scene, a fifth person was shot in the 1800 block of Island Avenue.All five shooting victims suffered what were considered to be non-life threatening injuries, according to police.Police said the suspected shooters were described as black men between 19-25 years old and 6 feet to 6 feet 2 inches tall. The men were last seen fleeing westbound from the area.A witness in the area told 10News that he heard about a dozen gunshots coming from different locations and two vehicles speeding from the scene. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Police are investigating after a woman in a surgical mask reportedly robbed a 7-Eleven early Sunday morning. According to police, the robbery happened on the 7800 block of Balboa Avenue just before 3:30 a.m. Police say the woman, believed to be in her 40s or 50s, walked into the store and demanded cash while simulating having a weapon. The suspect then left on foot with an unknown amount of cash. Police say she was wearing a scarf around her neck and a surgical mask. 500
