Not to beat a dead horse @DisneylandToday, but currently Main Street Cinema is trending on Twitter. Just a hint at how upset people are over this felonious attack on a piece of Disneyland history. This decision maker needs to be dealt with.— Fresh Baked! (@FrshBakedDisney) June 14, 2019 303

ONTARIO, Calif. – Even a coronavirus diagnosis couldn’t stop one California couple from saying “I do.”Lauren Delgado told NBC News that she tested positive for COVID-19 just five days before her wedding day and her marriage certificate was going to expire soon. So, Lauren and her fiancé, Patrick, replanned their nuptials and held their ceremony outside her mother’s home in Ontario, where the bride was quarantining.Like out of a Disney princess movie, Lauren sat at a second story window as she married the love of her life who stood below with the couple's masked loved ones. The couple’s wedding photographer, Jessica Jackson, captured the unusual yet beautiful moment when Lauren and Patrick exchanged vows. During the Nov. 20 ceremony, the bride and groom held a decorated ribbon in place of each other’s hands.“Yesterday was an actual COVID wedding and we had an actual COVID bride, but through the very extreme and rough circumstances, Lauren and Patrick still exchanged vows, rings, and an undying love for one another!” Jackson wrote on Facebook with the couple’s wedding photos. The couple wasn't able to physically spend their wedding night together, but Lauren told NBC that they ended the night by virtually watching a Netflix movie together and eating a Postmates dinner. The couple says they hope to celebrate their marriage with a larger ceremony once a COVID-19 vaccine is introduced and it’s safe to do hold big gatherings. 1447

ORLANDO, Fla. — A federal judge is instructing the Census Bureau to text every 2020 census worker by Friday, letting them know the count of every U.S. resident is continuing through the end of the month and not ending next week, as the agency previously had announced in violation of her injunction. The new order issued late Thursday by U.S. District Lucy Koh in San Jose, California, instructs the Census Bureau to send out a mass text saying an Oct. 5 target data for finishing the nation’s head count is not in effect. She says the text should also say people can still answer the questionnaire through Oct. 31.A district court judge has ruled that the 2020 U.S. Census must continue through Oct. 31, despite an announcement earlier this week that the Census Bureau intended to conclude data collection by Monday. 824

One day after launching from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, the four-person “Resilience” crew successfully docked with the International Space Station on Monday evening.Twelve minutes after Sunday’s launch, SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket separated from the Dragon module. Dragon then began its orbit around the Earth Sunday night as it continued to progress toward the International Space Station. The three US-based astronauts, and a Japanese astronaut, are part of a mission that includes a number of aeronautical firsts, according to NASA, including:The first flight of the NASA-certified commercial system designed for crew transportation, which moves the system from development into regular flights; The first international crew of four to launch on an American commercial spacecraftThe first time the space station’s long-duration expedition crew size will increase from six to seven crew members, which will add to the crew time available for researchThe first time the Federal Aviation Administration has licensed a human orbital spaceflight launch.“Watching this mission launch is a special moment for NASA and our SpaceX team,” said Steve Stich, manager of NASA’s Commercial Crew Program. “We are looking forward to getting this crew to station to continue our important work, and I want to thank the teams for the amazing effort to make the next generation of human space transportation possible.”"This mission was a dream, it was a dream of us to be able to one day be able to have crew transporation services to ISS and today that dream became a reality," said Kathy Lueders, NASA's Associate Administrator for Human Exploration and Operations. "And then on top of it, one of the first we had was we all had to do this in the time of a pandemic. I think there were some of us 6 or 7 months ago that if you would've thought about all the things this team had to go through, they would've just said 'oh it's too much.' But it wasn't." 1952

OCEANSIDE, Calif. (KGTV) -- Hundreds showed up early Saturday morning for the Oceanside half-Ironman. The race is a total of 70.3 miles of biking, swimming and running. For one local Camp Pendleton marine, the race meant so much more. Captain John Watkins participated in the Ironman in memory of his daughter, Amelia Mae Watkins, also known as Millie. Millie passed away when she was just 10-years-old from neuroblastoma last year. Since Millie's death, her family raises money to raise awareness about her specific type of cancer. The Watkins raised over ,000 dollars for this race.
