A Chicago house party devolved into chaos when a dispute led to the shootings of 13 people -- possibly at random, police said.The 13 victims range from 16 to about 48 years old, said Fred Waller, chief of the Chicago Police Bureau of Patrol.Four of the victims -- including the 16-year-old -- are hospitalized in critical condition. A man in Texas was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery after his fiancée saw a social media post of him robbing a bank the day before their wedding so he could pay for the ring and the venue.Heath Edward Bumpous allegedly approached a bank teller at Citizens State Bank in Groveton, Texas, on Friday and said that he had a gun and demanded money, the Trinity County Sheriff's Office said. The 36-year-old Crocket, Texas, man was given the money and left the scene.The Trinity County Sheriff's Office posted images of Bumpous on their Facebook page following the robbery, asking the public for help in finding the alleged robber. His fiancée saw the photos and recognized Bumpous."His fiancée ... was able to get in touch with him on the phone when she saw our post on Facebook," Trinity County Sheriff Woody Wallace said on Facebook. A gunman is on the run after killing two people in a car on a Houston freeway as horrified motorists watched during the Thursday evening rush hour, authorities said.Police initially got a call of an accident at 5:55 p.m., but when they arrived seven minutes later, they found a shooting scene.The fatal incident started as a crash involving two cars headed eastbound on Interstate 10, Houston Police Assistant Chief Bobby Dobbins said Thursday evening at a news conference."One of the vehicles struck the other vehicle and spun it out ... similar to a pit maneuver," he said, according to video of the news conference tweeted by Houston Police.Gunman fired as the car rolled downhillTwo occupants of the vehicle that rammed the other car got out, Dobbins said.
