Actress and filmmaker Asia Argento has found herself on the other side of the #MeToo conversation.The New York Times reported Sunday that months after publicly accusing Harvey Weinstein of rape, Argento made a deal with a young actor who accused her of sexual assault.Argento was among the first women to accuse now disgraced movie mogul Weinstein of sexual misconduct and has been a leading figure in the #MeToo movement.The New York Times says it has lawyers' documents showing that actor and musician Jimmy Bennett alleged Argento sexually assaulted him in 2013 when he was 17 and she was 37.According to the publication Bennett said the assault took place at a hotel in California, where the age of consent is 18. ALISO VIEJO, Calif. -- The woman killed in an explosion authorities believe was intentional in Orange County Tuesday has been identified as Ildiko Krajnyak-Vestil of Trabuco Canyon.The explosion happened from the inside of the two-story medical facility located on 5 Mareblu just after 1 p.m.The person who died was inside the building at the time of the blast. Authorities first believed a car had crashed into the side of the building but later said that isn’t the case.The FBI and a bomb squad were sent to the scene to assess the situation and investigate the cause of the explosion.At a press conference Wednesday afternoon, the FBI said they ruled out any accidental cause of the explosion, saying they believe the incident was intentional. An FBI official said there were items found at the scene that were inconsistent with what would be at the medical facility. A motive is unclear at this time and authorities say they haven't arrested any suspects. Officials told KABC that the medical facility appeared to be under construction. A preschool in the area was ordered to evacuate as a precaution after the explosion. Authorities held a news conference giving an update on the investigation Wednesday afternoon. A White House official showed CNN documents that the official claims exonerate Dr. Ronny Jackson from some allegations that he inappropriately dispensed pills and that he wrecked a government vehicle after leaving a Secret Service going-away party.The official said Jackson has returned to the White House Medical Unit but has not returned as President Donald Trump's physician. The official says it is unclear if that will happen. Another physician has been serving as the President's doctor since Jackson's nomination.The White House military office pulled records from the General Services Administration showing three different vehicle incidents, all of which occurred during work hours, involving Jackson from 2013 through 2017. The incident reports involve a bus striking Jackson's government vehicle, a car rear-ending his vehicle and a road rage incident involving another driver banging on Jackson's window. There is no evidence in the documents provided that Jackson was drinking on the job. The official says, "there would have to be a massive cover-up or government conspiracy for him to crash a government vehicle without any paperwork."Other records provided are six audits from Walter Reed Medical Center over the last two and a half years that shows the White House Medical Unit was in compliance with securely storing prescription drugs. The routine audits did make procedural recommendations aside from being in compliance with storing medication."There is nothing [in these documents] that would make you think 'candy man' is appropriate," the official said, referring to Democratic Montana Sen. After being cooped up for months due to COVID-19, Jason Andre is stoked to shred the curl again.This surfer, however, also has concerns about getting back to the beach.“I feel pretty trepidatious about going to any open beaches,” he said.While Andre scouts the best breaks up and down the East Coast, he’s also keeping an eye on coronavirus concerns in his home state of North Carolina.“Things are actually kind of reaching new peaks as far as infection rates and hospitalizations,” he said. “So, it’s a little weird.”Weird and potentially dangerous.With summer here and cities lifting their restrictions, more lifeguards are experiencing more challenges.“We had like 48 water rescues for the weekend,” said Cpt. Tony Wallace of the Carolina Beach Ocean Rescue team.He says strong rip currents have kept his crew busy with rescues and that COVID-19 has changed how his team now handles medical responses.“We have stopped mouth-to-mouth resuscitation,” Wallace said. “So, now we go to a bag valve mask to assist in breathing if need be.”Across the country on the Pacific Coast, lifeguards are working to protect the public and ensure social distancing.“We like to do what we call preventive action work were we direct people to safe areas on the beach before they get into trouble,” said Lt.
