The President will appear at a rally in Bullhead City, Arizona — a city located at the border of Nevada's southern tip — at 3 p.m. ET. He'll later head to the Phoenix area and hold a rally in Goodyear at 5:45 p.m. ET.Trump carried Arizona by a 48% to 44% margin in 2016, but recent polls show voters are leaning toward Biden this year.Nevada went for former Sec. of State Hillary Clinton in the last presidential election and broke for President Barack Obama in 2012. Biden is also favored to take the state in 2020.Biden remained in his home state of Delaware on Wednesday and received a briefing from public health experts regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. During remarks following the briefing, Biden urged all Americans to continue wearing masks, calling it "patriotic" and "not political." Biden also criticized the Trump administration's handling of the pandemic, hitting the President on everything from his health care plan to recent comments from administration officials."We've lost more than 220,000 lives of this virus already. But this administration has just given up," Biden said. "Over the weekend, the White House chief of staff, Mark Meadows, went on television and admitted that they've waived the white flag and declared surrender. Deputies say a woman attacked a mother and daughter on a Greyhound bus that had departed from Las Vegas. According to investigators, three strangers helped to save the child's life.The bus left Las Vegas shortly after 7 a.m. Monday and was headed to San Francisco. Teresa Ann Andrade Madrigal attacked the mother and child, just 45 minutes after leaving the station in Bakersfield, authorities report."The lady had the baby in her hand," said one passenger, "...and next thing I know, I heard she has a knife."Investigators say Madrigal appeared to be delusional. They say Madrigal grabbed the child around the neck and held her at knife point. That's when the child's mother started to fight the attacker.Soon, the bus driver and two other passengers jumped into action. The mother was stabbed in the abdomen. The men were able to help get the child  away from the suspect.In total, five people were hurt. We're told Madrigal, who was speaking to herself, was initially asked to get off the bus. The driver felt that it was safe to let the woman back on the bus after speaking with her outside.Right now, the investigation into this incident is ongoing. Investigators say Madrigal also stabbed herself. The child's mother, who has not been identified, had surgery on Monday.  She is expected to make a full recovery. (KGTV) -- High winds in the Descanso area knocked over two big rig trucks early Thursday morning, prompting emergency crews to rescue people trapped inside.At around 4 a.m., California Highway Patrol officers were called to eastbound Interstate 8 near Japatul Valley Road after reports a semitruck toppled over due to the strong winds swirling in the area.Two people were removed from the truck and taken to the hospital with injuries of unknown severity.Moments later and a few hundred feet away, crews rushed to another big rig that was knocked down by the winds.Crews broke the truck’s windshield and extricated a man, woman and dog trapped inside the cab. It is unknown if the couple and dog were injured.A High Wind Advisory was issued for I-8 from Lake Jennings to Forrester Road; high-profile vehicles are prohibited on that stretch of I-8. 872

Damaging winds are agitating wildfires in Southern California on Thursday, forcing firefighters to stifle the flames.The largest of the fires was the Bond Fire, which claimed 7,200 acres of Orange County vegetation by early Thursday afternoon. The inferno was 0% contained as of Thursday afternoon, and doubled in size in just a matter of a few hours.Much of Southern California was placed under a red flag warning, high wind warning, and fire weather watch. Gusts are expected to reach 65 mph throughout the region, with some areas topping 80 mph gusts.The National Weather Service warned any fire that develops on Thursday could spread rapidly. There is also concern of down trees and power lines, which could add to the wildfire threat.Orange County Fire Authority issued mandatory evacuation orders for seven areas, and an additional seven areas were placed under voluntary evacuation orders due to the Bond Fire.Fire officials in Orange County said they were called to a structure fire in Silverado Canyon late last night that had spread into the brush."We had erratic, strong Santa Ana winds that quickly pushed the flames from the house into the vegetation," said Orange County Fire Authority Chief Brian Fennessy. "The fire grew rapidly." Fennessy said the Bond Fire has drawn a "robust response" from multiple agencies. Five-hundred firefighters are working to stop the Bond Fire, Fennessy said. As of mid-afternoon, Fennessy said a number of homes were damaged, but did not have an exact number. Orange County Fire Authority confirmed that two firefighters were injured battling the fire. 1607
