It’s all in support of Terell Jensen, an 18-year-old who is now paralyzed in his hands and legs after a sledding accident. The last time he could walk and fully use his hands was Nov. 24, when his family was out near Strawberry Reservoir looking for their Christmas tree. “I was being pulled behind an ATV and I just got flung and went into the little ditch,” Terell said. Hitting his back on a rock, the accident left him paralyzed. “Mentally, it’s really tough sometimes, and you really have to push yourself to stay positive,” he said. Kari Jensen, Terell's mother, said it was a miracle they had cellphone service when the accident happened and that the helicopter was able to pick her son up. 698

in a Southwest Florida neighborhood. A neighbor wants the owner to take it down, calling it disrespectful. However, the owner refuses, saying it’s a freedom of speech.Marlene McDade proudly displays a Trump 2020 flag in her front yard along NW 36th Place in Cape Coral. On Wednesday, she got an anonymous letter from one of her neighbors asking her to take it down.“It’s my freedom. This is my yard,” said McDade.McDade argues taking the flag down is against her First Amendment right.Part of the letter sent to her says, “Flying the Trump flag, you tell all your neighbors that you disrespect them.”“I don’t disrespect anybody in my neighborhood, I treat everybody the same,” said McDade. The letter goes on to say that removing the flag will bring peace to the neighborhood. “People have to understand I don’t stop them from doing what they want to do,” said McDade. “They have no right to stop me from what I want to do in my yard.”Bottom line, she thinks the letter is foolish. “Quit being so negative about everything. Everyone has a right to their opinion, and I usually keep my opinion to myself, but that’s my flag and it’s staying,” said McDade. She said what she puts in her yard is her business.“Even if my neighbors wanted to put a Hillary (Clinton) sign or an Elizabeth Warren sign in their yard, I don’t care. They can do their thing, and I can do mine,” said McDade.WFTX went around the neighborhood asking who wrote the letter, but no one owned up to it.McDade said she’s standing up for her rights and the flag is staying. This story was originally published by Jillian Hartmann at WFTX. 1603

as the company proactively closes facilities ahead of Hurricane Dorian. The company says customers in Tampa, Orlando and Miami will be affected. Some Tampa Bay area residents say their deliveries have been pushed back a week or more.Amazon released the following statement. 274

One resident in Sarpy County, Nebraska, reported several drones flying in unison last week."Most interesting part is that the drones were flying in the night. People don't know what they are doing there. No feedback from federal agencies, local government and no one really knows what's going on there," said Victor Huang, an assistant professor at the Aviation Institute at the University of Nebraska Omaha.Drones are complex and extremely advanced. They can be used for for film making, emergency services and agricultural monitoring."The drone, similar to our computer systems, it can really do a lot of things. To me, the only limitation is your imagination," Huang said. But no one, not even the Federal Aviation Administration, knows what these drones are doing except that they're flying in a pattern, they're large and there's many of them."They don't know if it's illegal or not because right now there's no way of knowing what is up there," KMTV pilot Justin Enos said.Based on flight patterns and altitude, experts believe it could be some sort of agricultural monitoring. Regardless, the fact that no one can account for them is frightening residents. Some have even talked about shooting the drones down, but that's not a good idea. The mystery drones are reportedly up to six feet in length. If the drones happen to weigh more than 55 pounds, they technically could be considered to be aircraft."If that's a legal registered drone, if you shoot it down, you are essentially shooting an aircraft down. So that is definitely illegal," Huang said."Registered or not, it's going to be dangerous. The batteries on these things are very flammable," Enos said.Enos believes if it's agricultural information the people behind the drones are after, the general public shouldn't be too worried."I think people are concerned, especially people that aren't familiar with drones and the technology," Enos said. The Nebraska State Patrol tweeted Monday that they are working with several sheriff's offices, local police departments and federal authorities to figure out who is behind the drone activity. The FAA has also stated they are aware of the sightings and are investigating. This story was originally published 2217

and underage girls throughout the U.S. Virgin Islands. The civil lawsuit was filed by U.S. Attorney General of the Virgin Islands Denise George. In a press conference on Wednesday, George revealed that she authorized an investigation into Epstein, a registered sex offender with her office, months ago.
