BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is on the scene of a shooting at the Valley Plaza Mall.Bakersfield Police confirmed that there are two victims of the shooting. Officials said the victims survived the initial shooting but their conditions are unknown.The two victims, ages 15 and 20, are not in life-threatening condition. ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — The eldest son of President Donald Trump has received a permit to hunt and kill a grizzly bear in Alaska. Officials said Monday that Donald Trump Jr. was granted the permit to hunt north and east of Nome later this year. Trump applied for one of 27 licenses designated for out-of-state residents in the Nome area. An armed white man in his twenties was arrested Thursday afternoon at a Missouri Walmart, Springfield police said.Officers responded to a call of an active shooter at the Walmart Neighborhood Market, Police Lt. Mike Lucas said.But no shots were fired and no one was injured, police said."All we know is the fact that he walked in here heavily armed with body armor on, in military fatigues and caused a great amount of panic inside the store. Authorities are trying to figure out how bricks of cocaine worth more than million wound up in banana shipments delivered to three grocery stores in Washington state.The drugs were found Sunday at Safeway stores in Woodinville, Bellingham and Federal Way.Produce workers at the Woodinville store were putting the bananas out on the sales floor when they saw something strange, said Sgt. Ryan Abbott with the King County Sheriff's Office."One of the boxes had brown paper in it, which caught their attention and then they looked further and found these bricks," Abbott said. "They called the police and we went out there and it ended up being 22 kilos of cocaine with a street value of 0,000."That's almost 50 pounds of cocaine.The cocaine was surrounded by ordinary boxes of bananas, which were stuck together for shipment, Abbott said."We're still trying to determine where it all came from.
