(KGTV) -- The Federal Bureau of Investigation and the San Diego Sheriff's Department need your help identifying the man responsible for an attempted bank robbery on the 1700 block of University Drive. The man entered the Bank of America on Thursday around 1:30 p.m., pulling his gray, hooded sweatshirt over his head he approached the teller and handed over a note demanding money. The robber was denied money and departed the bank on foot. The investigation indicates the man may have used the “Sprinter” train to escape from the area. WASATCH COUNTY, Utah — A man has been arrested and charged after police say he threw his wife into the Provo River in Utah on Sunday.According to an arrest report, 61-year-old Douglas Harold Green and his wife were at the Provo River Resort, located just downriver from Deer Creek State Park in Wasatch County, when they began arguing over dinner arrangements.Police say Green became angry and threatened to drown her in the river. He then dragged her to the bank of the Provo River and forced her in, the probable cause statement says.Witnesses said they tried to help her, but Green yelled at them to stay away.Police said the woman had a bruise on each arm, which she said were from Green dragging her. Walmart is looking to go green by 2040.The world's largest retailer announced they plan to electrify and eliminate emissions from all of its vehicles, including long-haul trucks. They also want to transition to low-impact refrigerants for cooling and powering its equipment to heat its stores, clubs, and data and distribution centers to reach zero emissions."We want to play an important role in transforming the world's supply chains to be regenerative. VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) — San Diego Sheriff's Department is asking for help locating a missing man in the North County.Deonicio Sebastian, 67, was last seen Monday at his home on W. Indian Rock Rd. in Vista. SDSO says Sebastian left his home on foot sometime Monday, taking his wallet but leaving his cellphone.Sebastian's family has not had any contact with him since.He's described as a Hispanic man, about 5-foot 4-inches tall, and weighing about 200 pounds. He has a receding hairline and dark brown complexion. His family also says he cannot read or write.Sebastian walks with a limp and requires medication every six hours for health issues, including diabetes, high blood pressure, and asthma. He also has a pacemaker.SDSO said Sebastian commonly walks, or rides the bus or train to various places to run errands, buy food, and go to medical appointments.
