A United States postal service worker was shot and killed while making deliveries in Louisiana, authorities said.The postal worker, identified as Antonio Williams, 52, was shot Saturday morning in Shreveport, according to Caddo County spokesman John Prime.He was making deliveries around 11:20 a.m. when the attack happened, and was declared dead at the hospital.Shreveport Police and federal authorities are investigating the shooting. 448

Alan Naiman was known for his frugality -- he wore Costco jeans, bought his favorite pocket T-shirts at a grocery store and squirreled away every penny he could. So when he died, friends were surprised to learn that he was leaving more than million to charities in the Seattle area.The 63-year-old never married and never had children, but kids were very important to him. A Philippine Airlines jet with flames spurting from one engine has returned safely to Los Angeles International Airport shortly after takeoff.Ian Gregor of the Federal Aviation Administration says Flight 113, a Boeing 777 bound for Manila, reported a problem with the right engine after takeoff Thursday morning.
