The general manager at Grayton Road Tavern received a strange phone call from her manager on duty just before 9 p.m. local time Monday.Jennifer Natale said she was called when her employees found out a woman had crawled up through a ceiling tile in the women's bathroom and hadn't come out."It was honestly just one of those phone calls you don't really ever think you're going to get," Natale said. "I asked her to put me on FaceTime, she did that and it was true. There was a person who crawled up into the ceiling."The bar staff called police, and the woman was found in the ceiling over the kitchen.In surveillance video shown in the media player above, the woman is seen walking into the bathroom, and sometime later a ceiling tile falls in the hallway."It was a really hot day. I can't even imagine how hot it was for that two-hour period," Natale said.Monday was a record-breaking day reaching 93 degrees in the Cleveland area.Police told Natale the woman had pulled similar stunts in the past. The bar is known for its Queen of Hearts game, which left one lucky winner with .5 million in March. The Cambridge Analytica scandal has had a number of serious repercussions for Facebook, its users, and the future of privacy around the world.It also temporarily stopped single people from finding true love on Tinder.Shortly after Facebook announced stricter rules for its third-party developers, popular dating app Tinder stopped working. Singles who tried to get some swiping in on their lunch breaks weren't allowed to log in to the app. A pop-up window said "Tinder requires you to provide additional Facebook permissions in order to create or use a Tinder account." Like many apps, Tinder primarily lets people log in with their Facebook credentials."This was part of the changes that we announced today, and we are working with Tinder to address this issue," a Facebook spokesperson told CNN Tech.Upset Tinder users took to Twitter to vent.Facebook is still recovering from revelations that Cambridge Analytica, a data firm with connections to the Trump campaign, accessed the data of millions of its users. Facebook has been rushing to repair its relationship with users, and prevent any future misuses of data by third-parties.On Wednesday, it announced changes to what personal information apps can collect."We will also no longer allow apps to ask for access to personal information such as religious or political views, relationship status and details, custom friends lists, education and work history, fitness activity, book reading activity, music listening activity, news reading, video watch activity, and games activity," Facebook said in its post.It is unclear exactly which part of Facebook's updates caused the issues with Tinder. The app shows you information about potential paramours like age, location and where they went to school. Other dating apps that use Facebook to login, like Bumble, did not experience outages.After Tinder was fixed, many users said their matches were all missing. The Department of Homeland Security formally requested that the Pentagon extend the deployment of active-duty troops on the southern border Friday, potentially extending their deployment 45 days beyond the original deadline of December 15."Given the ongoing threat at our Southern border -- today the Department of Homeland Security submitted a request for assistance to the Department of Defense to extend its support through January 31, 2019," Department of Homeland Security spokeswoman Katie Waldman told CNN in a statement."This request refines support to ensure it remains aligned with the current situation, the nature of the mission, and (Customs and Border Protection) operational requirements," she added.The Pentagon confirmed receipt of the request but said Secretary of Defense James Mattis had yet to sign off on it:"We have received the Request for Assistance from the Department of Homeland Security, it is with the Secretary (of Defense) for consideration."There are currently some 5,600 troops at the border, divided among Texas, California and Arizona.President Donald Trump sent the troops after spending the weeks leading up to the midterm elections decrying a procession of migrants that was still thousands of miles from the US border. The death toll from a powerful explosion in Beirut Tuesday has reached 100 and is still climbing.
