(KGTV) - New details have been released in the moments leading up to a small plane crash in Scottsdale, Ariz., that killed six people this month.The National Transportation Safety Board report said video showed the plane take off from Scottsdale Airport on April 9, its wings "rocking during and shortly after."A traffic camera also recorded the plane in a left bank executing a left turn about half a mile from the airport. There is concern he could head back to the brig before his May 28th trial, even after the President intervened. Representative Duncan Hunter’s team was under the impression that his March 31 meeting with Chief Eddie Gallagher would have major consequences. "I am going to see why they are going to put him back in the brig if my staff goes and talks to Eddie Gallagher,” Representative Hunter said in a Twitter video. He told his followers he was going to meet with the Navy Liaison to get answers. Navy Commander Tamara Lawrence told 10News Gallagher now lives in another San Diego base, which they cannot disclose. She said his current pre-trial restrictions allow for "significant freedom of movement." Gallagher is allowed to walk anywhere inside the building and around the sidewalk. For anything outside that immediate area, he must be with an escort. She said Gallagher has unlimited access to his legal team and medical care. While he cannot have a cellphone or computer, he is allowed visitors and to make calls from a community phone. In this story that is Positively San Diego we meet an east county woman who has used that stitch countless times to spread warmth to those who need it the most."By the way, I'm knitting as you're talking to me," said Spring Valley resident Karen De Vos as our Zoom interview got underway.I responded, "I love it!"As she began to list the many places where knitting comes naturally to her, "When I'm watching TV, when I'm in the car, if I'm in a doctor's office, or if I'm in a movie theatre."De Vos said she learned the craft when she was 9 from her mother. And over the years she's created keepsakes like Christmas stockings for family and friends."Then the Santa Claus on one side," said De Vos, showing off one of her stockings, "And then the reindeer and then the trees and then comes the foot."De Vos enjoyed the creativity, but it took on new meaning in the early '90s when a charity drive asked her to knit hats to help the homeless stay warm."In the last three years we all know homelessness has become a terrific problem," says Devos, so, as the years have gone on since I've been knitting, I sort of felt maybe I was doing a better calling then I had ever done before."For some 30 years now, de Vos has been knitting 60-plus hats a year for those in need, sticking with the same pattern while mixing up the colors. And as she points out, they're very stretchy, so one size fits all. She dons one of the hats to make the point."Some people like to wear the flap all the way down, but I think it looks cuter with the flap up."The former middle school teacher and librarian says it's her way of giving back. Her hats go to Father Joe's Villages and the "Voices of our City Choir," famed for showcasing the singing of San Diego's unsheltered."When you get to be my age there aren't too many active things you can go out and do, you know, for charity purposes. (KGTV) -- SeaWorld continues to feel the financial strain of the COVID-19 pandemic, reporting a dramatic loss in revenue on Monday.SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. revealed troubling earnings numbers from the second quarter and first six months of 2020, including revenue down 96 percent compared to the same time last year.When it comes to attendance, SeaWorld parks saw only 300,000 guests during the second quarter of this year -- a drop of 6.2 million from Q2 in 2019.According to the earnings report, SeaWorld had 6 million in cash/cash equivalents as of June 30. The company had 0 million on April 30.The pandemic forced the closure of the company’s parks, including SeaWorld San Diego, for several months, leading to a decline of 7.2 million guests from the first six months of 2019, the company stated.Following the park closures earlier this year, SeaWorld was forced to furlough 90 percent of its staff.A phased reopening of some parks began in early June, and overall, a total of seven parks were open for 98 operating days compared with all 12 parks open for 861 days during the second quarter of 2019. The reopened parks operated at limited capacity, limited hours and/or limited days.As for SeaWorld San Diego park, an opening date has not been set. SeaWorld said it is "in regular contact with state and local authorities and sincerely looks forward to opening in San Diego and welcoming back its guests as soon as it's safe and permitted to do so."The company said it also does not plan on opening the Aquatica waterpark in Chula Vista this year.SeaWorld Entertainment’s interim CEO Marc Swanson said in the earnings report: "I am extremely proud of our team's performance during this unprecedented and challenging time. A 41-year-old Sheboygan, Wisconsin mom faces multiple charges after she had her 12-year-old daughter driver her car after she was drinking.According to the criminal complaint, the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office was called to I-43 at County Road V on Sunday, March 18 around 5:30 p.m. local time — after a 911 caller reported a child driving a Chevy Equinox SUV on the freeway while sitting on her mother’s lap.The deputy caught up to the vehicle and performed a traffic stop. When the deputy approached the vehicle, he noted a strong smell of intoxicants coming from inside. He also saw the 12-year-old girl was in the back seat and the mother, Amanda Hauke, was behind the wheel.The mother initially denied that the girl was driving the car in her lap – but later admitted that it was true. The 12-year-old girl also told the deputy that she did this.During a field sobriety test, the mother admitted to drinking roughly four hours before she was pulled over. A preliminary breath test was performed and showed Hauke’s blood alcohol level was .126. She was then arrested. After she was arrested, Hauke then admitted to authorities she had consumed “a couple glasses of wine with a co-worker at a bar between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. that afternoon.”Hauke is charged with: 1306
