The release of the James Bond film “No Time To Die” has been pushed back several months because of concerns about coronavirus and its impact on the global theatrical marketplace. MGM, Universal and producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli say Wednesday that the film would be pushed back from its April release to November 2020.“No Time To Die” will now hit theaters in the U.K. on Nov. 12 and worldwide on Nov. 25. Tropical Storms Olga and Pablo formed simultaneously on Friday, with Tropical Storm Olga expected to come ashore tonight along the Louisiana coast. Although Tropical Storm Olga will be making landfall this evening, no tropical storm warnings or watches were issued by the National Hurricane Center. The National Hurricane Center said that Olga will merge with a cold front tonight and will become extratropical. Flood and tornado watches were issued for segments of the Gulf Coast. Top winds for Olga were 40 MPH as of 4 p.m. CT. The top winds for Pablo were 45 MPH as of 5 p.m. ET. Pablo is not execpted to be a threat to land. 640

The United States Department of Agriculture says grocery store prices will rise 1 to 2 percent this year. However, there are ways to still save. For starters, begin with the meat. "We have to pay close attention to those sale prices specifically," says Erin Chase, who is known as the Dollar Dinner Mom. Chase says to pay attention to the store’s sale cycles. "Start following the sales and the sale cycles, and you will start to notice, hey about every six weeks, chicken breast is on sale at my grocery store,” she says. “And maybe every eight to 10 weeks, ground beef is on sale at my grocery store." Chase recommends buying only meat for or less per pound. When it comes to seafood, it's rarely found in a circular, so ask your grocery store when it goes on sale. "Because it's reduced for a quick sale, you need to do something with it fairly quickly,” Chase says. Besides saving big on protein, Chase says items in the center isles can be a great place to save. "Those items are usually the most couponable," she says. Chase says some of her favorite things to save on include toiletries and cleaning supplies. "If you can start saving on household things, cleaning supplies, medications--it’s cold and flu season right now--go stock up,” Chase says. "Because eventually, someone will need Tylenol or Advil." Couponing and going through the circular of sales can be time consuming, but Chase says to think long-term with your money. "If I can put in 5, 10 20, 30 minutes now, and I can save myself , , a week, multiply that by 52 and all of a sudden you're like, ‘Oh, that's worth spending 15-20 minutes looking at the ads.’" An easy place to start when it comes to looking for savings is to only look for sales on items you normally buy. 1781

The US Department of Agriculture will continue providing food stamps to millions of Americans through February, Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue announced Tuesday.The agency initially guaranteed funding for the program, which serves more than 38 million people, only until the end of January if the partial government shutdown isn't resolved sooner.The department says it is now using a provision allowing it to make obligated payments within 30 days of a government funding lapse, and is working with states to issue February's food stamp benefits -- which are expected to total .8 billion -- by January 20.The shutdown began after funding ran out December 21.This move does not draw down on the billion the agency has in reserve for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, or SNAP, as food stamps are formally known.Perdue told reporters he hopes the announcement will relieve the confusion and anxiety over benefits running out after this month.As for March, he said there is ample time for Congress to send President Donald Trump a spending bill that he can sign, noting that Trump has been clear he expects to see funding for border security.The agency will look at all available options for providing assistance if the shutdown has not been resolved in time for March payments, said Brandon Lipps, an acting deputy undersecretary at the agency. This is not the first time the department has issued benefits early, though previous instances have involved natural disasters, such as hurricanes.Other federal food assistance programs that support tens of millions of low-income Americans will also continue at least through February, said Lipps.The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children, known as WIC, and the department's food distribution programs are funded through next month.
